I asked Martin that question years ago. At that time Martin did not give me permission to list his connector housings. I have them loaded on my shop (Not For Sale), so they're ready to go if that should change.

FYI, a pair in white would be $8.77, $12.77 in black, and I believe the pins are around $2.50 each.

Great news is that it exists, not so great news that this seems like a lot of work. I wonder if one could get a manufacturer from somewhere in Asia to make say 1000 cables @$5 a pair. They seem to go at prices between $15 and $25 on TOS still, which is just about the same as the cost of the DIY version based on the (amazingly detailed) descriptions and 3D printing.
