Why do business calculators have log/exp but not basic trig functions?
I mean, basic trig functions (cos, sin, tan) may take one key plus shifts. Why are they totally absent?
At least on the business models that I saw (the recent BA-55 thread and the 12C), there is no basic trig function. Does it cost so much to implement them? Are the trig functions totally useless in business? What is the usage of exp/log in business computations? Wikis are great, Contribute :) |
