Great that you fond your old devices!
The rechargeable battery can be rebuild with new cells, which is not THAT hard - i did it here, for example: http://malte.deringenieur.net/wiederbele...ks-82120a/ If the foil contacts inside the calculator are corroded too, there are replaceable foils for that here: http://www.clonix41.org/Maintenance/IO_B...ide_v2.pdf Alternatively the contacts can be fixed to a working state with a bit of wire.
