It's a pity, though. LEFT$, RIGHT$ and MID$ are so much more intuitive! Anyway, thanks for the information. I'll edit the program tomorrow on the computer.

Speaking of compatibility, there's no way I can read this page on any of my Apple devices, except on the old iPhone 4 I'm using right now. Not sure whether it's my fault or Apple's...
