I tried to do that myself just now, and I can't even figure out how to do so. There doesn't seem to be any "report a problem with this website" link. All the help/support links they want you to furnish an item number and look at FAQs. There is (buried) a calculator forum, but it doesn't seem to get much traffic and you need to register to use it... no guest access.
