These were my thoughts as well.

Finally I found a picture of a Spice PCB with the jumper removed / disconnected, i.e. the radix mark is a comma. Take a look at Kees van der Sanden's website, at the bottom of the linked page.

It looks like it shouldn't be too difficult to re-connect the two contacts in order to change a radix-comma calculator into a radix-dot version.
