K notation representing continued fractions - MathJax addition at forum?

K notation representing continued fractions it seem it is not available in MathJax by default. However, It is much clearer than any other usually used notation (at least I use it frequently).

Perhaps it is not too difficult to make it on the forum defining an operator as shown here, if some other people here find it usefull:
