The fx-115 ES PLUS and fx-991EX ClassWiz are even more limited in their support for complex numbers - four banger plus conjugates, absolute value, integer powers, extraction of real or imaginary part. No square roots (or other non-integer powers), logs, or exponentiation. (I don't know about the fx-9860GII, but I suspect it has the same complex number support as the PRIZM series.)
