It's the same as with any other command that is not on the HP41 keyboard: Use [XEQ] and spell the command letter by letter.

[XEQ]  [ALPHA]  X  [Shift] H  Y  ?  [ALPHA]

The ≠ character is Shift-H in alpha mode.
