Hello,

If the calculator is new, I would say that your best bet is to use the waranty...

Now, it is possible that the only problem is that the little connector from the PCB to the touch controler disconnected... Easy to fix... But fixing it would require opening the calculator... Which in theory voids the waranty :-(
