newRPL - can't restore to 39gs

Good, that confirms the hardware of the calc has nothing to odo with it.
I'll have to go fire up a Windows machine and do some testing. I'm curious to see if I can replicate your issues somehow. Is there nobody else using Windows with newRPL?
