Texas Instruments TI-92 II - great find !!

My wife gave me a nice clean original TI-92 as a gift and it worked fine at first. After a few days it would not turn on anymore. I changed the batteries and it worked for a day and then wouldn't turn on. I disassembled it and found that one of the pads on the main circuit board had corroded through where the four battery terminal contacts pressed against it (see pictures). I bent the contacts slightly so they would press against the good areas of the pad. It worked reliably after that.
