Update of Emu71/Win to v1.12
Emu71/Win v1.12 is a maintenance update available at http://hp.giesselink.com.

It fixes the performance catastrophe inside Emu71/Win until v1.11 in connection with the BASIC GOTO command. The test loop has now the expected loop time of ~0.08s and not the ~9s of the prior versions.

Some words to the installer version. The installers until v1.11 suggested to create the program links in the startmenu under HP-Emulators/Emu71. The Windows 10 shell don't support nested directories in the startmenu any more, so the links are created unter HP-Emulators when your are following the suggestion. This may create conflicts with my other emulators. The installer since v1.12 suggest the program links in the Startmenu directly under the Emu71 folder to avoid the conflicts.

What does this mean in practise. When you call the installer and uninstall the old version like suggested, the program links under Startmenu/HP-Emulators are removed and new onces are created under Startmenu/Emu71. When you overwrite without uninstalling, the links under Startmenu/HP-Emulators will stay and new onces are created under Startmenu/Emu71.
