I've just downloaded Free42Windows.zip. I decompressed it and then ran the Free42 Decimal version. I got a "Windows protected your PC" message saying that I was trying to run an "unrecognised app". The default choice offered was "Don't run" but on clicking "More info" and then "Run anyway" it ran.

Subsequent runs happen with no problems.
