HP PRIME not raising overflow/underflow may cause critical errors

This behaviour goes all the way back to the HP38G from which the Prime has evolved.

Overflows result in a value of MAXREAL or -MAXREAL depending on sign.
Underflows result in a value of 0.

Neither raise an error and so cannot be caught by IFERR.

Interestingly my HP38G and HP40GS correctly calculate 0^0 as 1. All my other calculators (hard and soft) raise an error.
