Replace 9114 FDD with Floppy USB Emulator?
Has anyone tried replacing the Sony floppy disk drive in a 9114 with a floppy emulator that allows you to plug in USB memory sticks?
The Gotek SFRM72-U100 floppy emulator allows 1000 partitions of 720K on a single USB stick, selectable by push button. See this advert on eBay. FlashFloppy with the Gotek drive already supports many unique retro drives. |
