Perte de mémoire / memory loss

Bonjour
Ma G2 en version 2.1.14588 (2021 05 05) est restée éteinte une semaine environ.
Hier à l'allumage elle a mis quelques secondes à démarrer, puis je me suis rendu compte
qu'il n'y avait absolument plus rien en mémoire : toutes les applications et programmes installés
avaient disparus.
J'ai tenté un 'ON' + 'SYMBOL' rien à faire.
Est-ce que cela est arrivé à l'un d'entre vous ?

My G2 in version 2.1.14588 (2021 05 05) stayed off for about a week.
Yesterday when I turned it on, it took a few seconds to start up, then I realized that there was absolutely nothing in memory
that there was absolutely nothing left in memory: all the applications and programs installed
had disappeared.
I tried 'ON' + 'SYMBOL' but nothing happened.
Has this happened to any of you?
