You are off by a factor of more than 100.
Home side, radian mode, TAN(PI/2) = -195,948,537,906

tan(90°+3e-8°) = 1/tan(-3e-8°) ≈ 1/(-3e-8*pi/180) ≈ -1,909,859,317.1
