I'm pretty sure it is. When I moved to Australia in 1977, I brought my HP-65, which I'd bought in Canada. I can't remember for sure, but I think the charger for the 65 was the 82002A, and I certainly don't remember having to use an autotransformer to charge it, or replacing the adapter with a new one. I'd say it'll be fine.
