Thats great.
I have seen where a motor has been loaded too much and it stresses the sense chip which gets hot. I guess if this is repeated enough then eventually the chip and/or motor will fail. Improper positioning of the worm gear on the motor shaft can cause excessive motor wear and possible increased loading. Someone might experience this and use the trimpot to speed up the motor to compensate and this could lead to premature failure. cheers Tony |
