Advice when doing a Backup

Hook up your Prime to PC via Connectivity Kit.
In the Connectivity Kit, Click on your Prime.
Watch the various "working" indicators.
(in Connectivity Kit AND on the Prime itself)
Wait until finished.

Then... good idea to do a Refresh.

Many times I have seen Programs MISSING from the Program List in Connectivity Kit.

I have a large program that I ALWAYS check to see if it is listed.
AND I open it to make sure there is content.
As there have been times when the Program was Listed but was empty.

Be Careful of this Bug!
