2225 Printhead Repair?

Have you ever removed the ink cartridge from your ThinkJet only to find this:



After gentle cleaning you discover that the ink has corroded the contacts.



Using a conductive ink pen to repair the contacts:



I could probably have had better results if I tested each contact before the test print.

I know that conductive ink isn't new to the forum. Is this a viable method for repairing 2225 flex cables?
