My copy of the Third Edition of the HP Prime User Guide (December 2017) has "Statistics 1Var App" as Chapter 12, not Chapter 11. And your "height of students" and "weighted mean" example is found on pages 241 through 243. I agree that the manual should mention that the "Frequency" column leads to "weighted statistics".
