HP-25
Just for fun, I just finished reading the HP-25 manual as provided in the excellent Thumb Drive contents from the HP Museum. I don't have a working HP-25, but I remember using one in the late 1970s.

What an enjoyable read. It brought back so many memories and one thing stood out - the excellent writing and examples of HP. I think few if any companies could match the HP documentation from the 1970s and 1980s. Just superb.

And what a great machine. I never owned one, but my father did after moving up from an HP-35 initially. Interestingly, I had an HP-65 when he had the 25, but I clearly remember admiring the capability of the HP-25, the packaging and the owners manual.

Just wanted to share a thought which I know has already been echoed by others.
btw, I still have his HP-25 but it is dead. I don't have a charger for it and am not sure the battery is still good. Hopefully, the calc wasn't ruined by running it on AC without the battery. In the last 10 years of my father's life, he used an HP-11c. I have that and it is still going strong.
