Weakest calculator/pocket computer that can do Tower of Hanoi?

If you implement the iterative solution, you can do it on almost anything. I did it on the 19C, but that was ages ago, and that program is lost in the mists of time and I don't remember any of the implementation details. I'll take a shot at doing it on the HP-25 tonight...
