Comparing this to the basic definition of the regularized incomplete beta function I assume there's a typo and it should be:
\[
I_\beta = \frac{\beta_x(y,z)}{\beta(y,z)}
\]

But then why not using the following stack diagram: b a z \(\rightarrow I_z(a, b)\) ?
Or maybe change that to: z a b \(\rightarrow I_z(a, b)\)
