Emu50g Change Calculator

I have Emu50g installed on both an IPAD Air and a IPAD Pro 10.5. The problem I am having is trying to change from Algebraic to RPN. When in the Calculator Modes Screen and highlighting Operating Modes, and either tapping what is highlighted or selecting CHOOS the program takes you to the authors menu. I can find no way to select rpn or algebraic in his menu. Any help is greatly appreciated.
