Grapevine's "An Easy Course In..." books

Grapevine's "An Easy Course In..." books
Has anybody compiled a comprehensive list of these, or scanned and archived any of them? I see a few on Amazon and ebay covering various topics and calculators (and at a very wide range of prices). I snagged the 19BII book for about $6 on Amazon, but I'd like to find out if there are any other lesser known ones that are worth keeping an eye out for. And if any of them are available as PDFs, that would be great too.
