Well, that's 4 years longer than I did I studied just a small amount of many languages including Russian, Japanese and Finnish (I've forgotten 99% of the Finnish I learned!), I can read a Spanish or Italian newspaper but find it hard to speak the languages. While I'm very rusty now I get by in Dutch/Flemish and German and I'm fluent in French.
