Here's a nice one by Ramanujan:
22x^4-2143=0 x≈3.14159265258... and another from the same page x^4+x^5-e^6=0 x≈3.14159268... (Although it has to be said, the answers here are not pi but something rather close to pi. And so, not exactly what I was hoping for.) |
