If you install the 39gII Virtual Calculator located here, you'll find in the "\Program Files (x86)\Hewlett-Packard\HP 39gII Virtual Calculator" directory the following manuals:

You can open the Users Guide directly from the 39gII Virtual Calculator in the Help menu. The one corresponding to the language selected for the Virtual Calculator (in the Calculator menu) will be opened.
