The 4x was there as it is then executed only once, after the integral was calculated.
And there is a very easy way of adapting the program to diameters: just add the lines

right after LBL 01 and right before STO “ULIM”

Or, even simpler: just replace the 4 x by 2 /
(A volume with all parameters doubled is 8 times as large ;-)
