the rounding part I do as
if R>X-R then Q:= Q-1; for inputs Cc0 and Xx, and Cc<Xx, if FP(Cc0/Xx)=0, R # X-R (round-to-even does not occur, while in Cc00/Xx it does) Werner 41CV†,42S,48GX,49G,DM42,DM41X,17BII,15CE,DM15L,12C,16CE |
