Couple of solutions:

4/2021 = 1/506 + 1/348128 + 1/16362016
4/2021 = 1/506 + 1/348458 + 1/15664771


Using Egyptian fractions. HP-41C program in the Test Stat rom. Program originally in the PPCCJ. Form is a series of 1/N fractions where each N must be different.
