Price wise this is hard to beat. There is also a 7in Fire tablet that costs only 55 Euros (with ads) or 69 without and is plenty big enough for this task. But none of those Fire tablets fulfils your requirement for haptic feedback. If you have tried it once you don't want to be without it ever again. Me at least.
