I can do it in 90. I'm not at all familiar with the 15C, however, so I may have made a mistake.
The idea is to do as much as possible in the setup.
So,
A: calculates and shows the 2 numbers,
R/S: doubles REG 1 & A
B: halves REG 2 & A

setup: total 41
