This sounds like the Kinpo hardware outsourcing arrangement, not the sale of a division to another company. I might add, "Hewlett-Packard" is an anachronism, ever since Carly bought Compaq and renamed the company HP Inc (ticker symbol HPQ). And of course after Ned took the wheel and drove off with the original divisions as Agilent Technologies before that
