ftp.hp.com working again

Are there any configuration settings for a connection to http://ftp.hp.com?
I am able to connect and transfer files from http://ftp.nluug.nl.

I am using mxlinux 21.1 kde and double commander as a file transfer program.

(The last time I connected successfully to http://ftp.hp.com was in May, 2021 on win 8.1
using filezilla. I could not connect using filezilla today, (Aug 20, 2022)..

(The blog program is inserting the 'http" prefix before the ftp addresses)
