eBay Germany has completely removed the fees for private sales a short while ago. So you can keep buying your own stuff as often as you want without having to pay anything. He's probably going to repeat this game until he is happy with the result.

I’m afraid I will be dead before TAS removes fees for private sellers. But I still won’t be selling and letting them take my money, I just won’t FEEL THE PAIN. LOL
