Quite a long while ago I designed a 3D model of the HP-41 module shell based on the CMT type. It's built using sketchup, and you can find it at msg. #7 in this thread... from 2013! (tempus fugit) https://www.hpmuseum.org/cgi-sys/cgiwrap...ead=243582 It was not intended for production, just a 3D modeling exercise. These shells don't have much use without the corresponding connectors, which are the real problem...
