I just made a test with my smaller camera (*) by placing it in front of the TV and recording an arbitrary program both in 4k and full HD resolution. The memory requirements are very similar to yours: 45GB/h at 4k and 13GB/h at HD (1080p). I think I will use HD because this should be good enough for the final Youtube version. And also because my computer is too old and slow for editing many hours of 4k video.
I will go and buy two 128GB cards tomorrow which should be good for 20 hours of recording, about twice of what we need. If I swap the cards between talks I can backup the recordings to my computer in the meantime.

Unfortunately there is no way to connect an external microphone, so the internal one will have to do. I will use a wide-angle lens so that we can put the camera close to the presentation which probably helps with the sound. But maybe someone can bring an audio recording device?

(*) I have no external power connection for my DSLR and only one good battery so I can't use that.
