freeze problem
hi everyone!

i have a problem with my hp prime after update the firmware the calculator is freeze, and i can't restore the calculator, i try to reset from the switch in the back side but the calculator show the equation of the circle and maintain this condition (calculator freeze with the equation of circle)

i ask apologies, my english is very poor
