Hi Stacy,
I have marked up a PDF of your draft guide and attached the file.
Be warned, I tend toward the persnickety on some points, nothing personal. I was definitely more careful at the beginning, and slacked off at the end :-)
BTW: You will probably need to open the file in Adobe Reader or Acrobat or some equivalent program in order to see all of the comments.
