July update!

This new update brings bugfixes and improvements mainly to the SD card module.

* New SDFREE command to get the free space in the card
* Finally! Support for SDHC cards!

* Fixed bug: 99999.99999 rounded to <5 figures displayed 10000
* Fixed bug: UPDIR and HOME not updating status area when using LS-UP and LS-HOLD-UP


Support for SDHC cards was tested on one card only, your mileage might vary (please test and report!). Also when testing SD cards please follow the following procedure:
* Put the card on a PC, run a disk checking utility to fix any pre-existing file system errors
* Play with newRPL SD card access at will
* Every now and then put it on a PC and run a disk check, and report if you identify any file system errors or corrupted data (shouldn't happen, but...).

I measured 750 kb/s effective write speed on a 16 GB card that runs around 3MB/s on a PC. I need to investigate why the slower speed, but my stress tests worked great otherwise.
