Yeah, layout looks a little odd yet, though I could probably adapt if it ended up being released that way. Personally, I'd probably just keep the 4x4 numeric section on the right identical to the 42S, take the top 6x2 portion of the 42S and put it in the upper left corner, work the rest of the keys in to the left of Enter, and put some printed/painted lines connecting the upper left six keys to the menu spaces along the LCD.

Or just release it in a portrait shell, but any port in a storm at this point.
