Thank you for your replies.

In fact I did not use http//.
I pasted the address and the system put automatically the http// prefix.
This time, I used hyperlink quotes, so http// was not added.

I checked all links in 22-June-2016 (first post date), all links worked fine.

The original link is in the FTP Sites item, in
http://users.skynet.be/luc.pauwels/luc/HP28/
It also does not fuciona.

I believe the address ftp://ftp.ccl.kuleuven.ac.be/pub/hp28 is no longer active.
