There is exactly one difference - the problem in the emu/connkit and crashing on the surface tablets or similar systems that had that problem won't be happening. There will be no uploaded firmware. The fact that it was uploaded on a Friday also would be a good clue that there is nothing but very minor changes. :-)

For some reason I can only browse the ftp directory only on IE11, Edge/Chrome redirect to another website (http://whp-hou9.cold.extweb.hp.com/pub/c...ors/Prime/) and they show an access error, but I can download the files in Edge/Chrome with the direct paths:
