Finding polynomials from a set of coordinates

Finding polynomials from a set of coordinates
Hi.
I need to find polynomial functions from a given set of coordinates, does anyone know how to do this with the 50g?
Example:
Temperatures are measured 6 times during 24 hours:
time - temp (celsius)
0000 8
0400 5
0800 11
1200 16
1600 18
2000 14

How can i find the function and plot for this?
