Yes but it is not that it is "turning complete". To me anything short than being turing complete it is not really "programmable", of course there are exceptions like SQL, some visual programming languages (that are somewhat limited) and so on.

Moreover, as far as I know, the solver uses the root seeking algorithms that Namir is investigating in the "General Forum" section. So optimized for a mathematical formulae, one cannot abuse them to do something else so easily.
