For example:
$$\int_0^1 x^2\,{\rm d}x=0.33328\dots$$
rather than 0.333333;
$$\int_1^{10}{1\over x}\,{\rm d}x=2.30299\dots$$
rather than 2.30258.

Errors generally appear in the 4th or 5th significant figure.
